Refund and Returns Policy

We have a generous 30-days return policy from the date of delivery, allowing you ample time to request a return within 30 Days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must remain in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • It must include any attached tags.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@xiibnib.ca. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that for damaged, defective, or used returns, a return/restocking fee ranging from 15% will be applied unless the item was received damaged or defective and was reported immediately upon receipt. These fees will be deducted from your refund when it is processed. We cannot accept items returned to us without prior authorization.

Damaged Items and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you notice that the item is defective, or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Please be aware that certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Should you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us. We reserve the right to invalidate a return request if we identify any misuse of our policies. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you desire is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process and reflect it in your account.
