2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We use trusted courier services such as UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, GLS, Canpar, Purolator, ICS, and DHL (availability may vary depending on location).

For most orders within Canada, estimated delivery time is:

  • 3 to 9 business days after dispatch (Estimated Delivery time based on customer location).

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada only, unless otherwise stated on our website.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Yukon
  • Northwest Territories
  • Nunavut

4. Store Pickup

Some products may be available for local pickup only. If applicable, this will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • Pickup orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active after shipment.
