1. Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or partially refunded.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@xiibnib.ca and provide:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return

You may also submit a request through our Return Request Form available on our website.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Returns are generally approved if the eligibility conditions above are met.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@xiibnib.ca.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or return instructions, and return shipping will be covered by us.

6. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied only if the returned item is not in its original condition, such as:

  • Signs of use
  • Missing packaging or parts
  • Damage not caused during delivery

No restocking fee will be charged for defective or incorrect items.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Some items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return.
Such items will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.

8. Inspection of Returns

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

We will notify you via email once your return has been approved or declined.

9. Refunds

Upon approval, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

10. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After 1 hour, the order may already be processed or prepared for shipping, and cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
