Shipping Policy

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders undergo processing within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST (GMT-5) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day
In case of a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in shipment, adding a few days to the delivery timeline. If a significant delay is expected for your order, we will get in touch with you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is complimentary for all orders. We utilize reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Canpar, Purolator, ICS, and DHL for shipping. Typically, shipments within Canada take approximately 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) to arrive.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delivery delays may occasionally occur.
3. Store Pickup
Store Pickup Availability: Certain products are available for store pickup only. If an item is designated for store pickup, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Pickup Location: Store pickup is available at our designated pickup location. The exact address and pickup instructions will be provided upon order confirmation.
Pickup Timeframe: Orders designated for store pickup will be ready within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). This tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
5. Damages
XIIBNIB bears no responsibility for any products that may be damaged or lost during the shipping process. Should you receive a damaged order, we kindly request you to contact the shipment carrier to initiate a claim.
To facilitate the claim process, please retain all packaging materials and the damaged items.
6. Shipping Restrictions
At present, We do not ship to PO Box addresses, Nunavut, Yukon and North Territories. We strive to provide accurate shipping information to meet customer expectations. If you have questions about delivery times or shipping policies, please contact us directly
